You've heard of NPR?  This'll be ICR -- InterCultural Radio. ICR will have the feel of the NPR and PRI programming.  Of course, we can't have 24 hours a day radio programming, but we were thinking that a few hours per month of informative and entertaining intercultural programming would be possible with some good effort and a lot of support.  Technically speaking, this will not be radio, but podcasting.
