An IU member (Gareth) posted the following on his blog.  I'd like to start a discussion on this topic in the IU Forums, so I 've copied Gareth's post below.  (The blog post was deleted, so as not to be repetitive ).  I'll offer some advice here in the forum, but, please, others can jump in also with advice.

"Dear Mr Hart, My name is Gareth, and I am writing to you regarding advice about MA Intercultural Communications courses. At present I am an EFL teacher and have been so for the last two and a half years, which has led to my interest in Intercultural Communications and the possibility of studying it academically. Through on-line research I have found around 8 or 9 Universities globally that offer this qualification. Some stand out more than others, but my dilemma is that I have no way of ascertaining whether I am making the right choice as I have very little knowledge within this area of academia, and feel that professional assistance would be of great benefit. During my research I have come across interculturalrelations.com and have read with interest the insightful information it contains, but couldn't seem to find much in the way of information on MA's which I am sure a web-based organisation of your stature would possess, or if not, would know someone or somewhere that does. So I was wondering (if it's no trouble) whether you could send me a list of all Universities world-wide that offer this qualification or similar, and if possible highlight the courses which are of special note due to high standards etc. This would be very much appreciated, and would help me get a much clearer picture of the direction I should take.
